Is Free really every feature?
Yes. Goals, cascading, reviews, alignment scoring, rewards, pulse surveys, and MCP access are all included. The only differences are company size, AI usage limits, and where the software runs.
What happens when we grow past 50 employees?
We'll reach out to talk about Enterprise. Nothing gets locked or deleted without a conversation first.
What are the AI usage limits?
AI drafting and suggestions on the Free plan run under fair-use limits sized for a normal review cycle. Most teams won't notice them. Enterprise raises the limits, and self-hosted deployments can use their own model provider.
What's the difference between dedicated tenancy and self-hosted?
Dedicated tenancy is a single-tenant instance we run for you, with nothing shared with other organizations. Self-hosted runs entirely inside your own cloud account or VPC, so your data never leaves your infrastructure.
How is Enterprise priced?
